Since the mid 1990's we have engaged the services of Discoveries Unlimited for various types of hearings in Newfoundland and Labrador with both the Federal Court and the Tax Court of Canada.

I have had significant amount of experience with the services of Discoveries Unlimited in my role as Consumer Advocate in proceedings before the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities since my appointment in 2004, culminating most recently with the Newfoundland Power General Rate Application hearing.
The Board of Commissioners generally sits for hearings from 9:00 a.m.
